Ok. I’ve got the idea for my next video. But for this one, I’m going to need some help. The video is for the song ‘again‘ and here’s what I need…

I need for you to film yourself singing it (NO! You can’t be naked). Use any camera you like so long as you can get the video to me. So use your camcorder, the camera built in to your laptop, your webcam, etc. Anything that can shoot video and then allow you to send it to someone. Once your done, send it to me and I’m going to compile everyone’s together and see what happens.

One thing I need you to do is to be able to film yourself against a flat colored surface, like a wall. and make it so that that there is some space to your left. This high tech diagram below gives an example of how you should position yourself.

You don’t have to be that far away. So long as there is space on your left in case something is going to be written there.   So if you prefer you be up close and only your face is there, fine.   Oh, and don’t worry about your singing.  I need you to sing a long, but it’s a music video, I will overdub the actual song,  so for all you worried about not singing good, no one will hear you.   Also, when you send it to me, make sure that you give me the correct spelling of your name and city, state your from so that I can put it in the credits.

You can find the lyrics to the song here.   Here’s a little direction too:  FEEL IT!  I mean, whatever the song feels to you, whatever emotion you think you would feel singing this song to someone, show it to the camera.  Really act it out.  Make it good!  Make it true!
